Foncière Europe Logistique is a French real estate investment trust (SIIC) specialised in the long-term holding of logistics assets and business parks. Created in May 2007, the company has built up a €1.157 million portfolio of 40 assets since July 2007, with 33 located in France and seven in Germany.
Foncière Europe Logistique operates on the markets for logistics properties, as well as freight platforms and Light Industrial, investing across the entire logistics chain to play a consolidating role in these sectors. Present today in France and Germany, the company is confirming its ambition to be a major player in this sector.
