For responsible logistics

Today, issues surrounding multimodal transport, water management and the use of renewable energy are factored into the very early stages of projects with a view to ensuring their long-term relevance and performance. It is within such a perspective that Foncière Europe Logistique has recently developed two ambitious and innovative projects: Les Quais de l’Atlantique in Dunkirk (France), a tri-modal transport centre with a surface area of 40,000 sq.m, and Val-Rhône Logistique in Bollène (France) with a surface area of 30,000 sq.m. The future development project planned for GARONOR (Paris region) is also based on the same rationale.
