• On logistics, with 75% of its assets ranked as Class A, Foncière Europe Logistique aims to be a key player and develop its existing partnerships with major tenants.
• On Light Industrial, the goal is to maintain an occupancy rate close to 100%.
• On the Garonor Aulnay site, the challenge is to reconcile the site’s continued profitable operations with a gradual transformation, effectively capitalising on this unique location.
