Management Committee
Foncière Europe Logistique Gestion S.A.S, chaired by François de la Rochefoucauld and fully owned by Foncière des Régions, is the sole managing partner of Foncière Europe Logistique.
- It is comprised of:
- François de la Rochefoucauld, head of the Logistics Property Division.
- Christian Raynaud, head of the Business Premises Division.
- Luc Fantou, MRICS, head of the Garonor Property Division.
- Alexis Guétin, Secretary-General, is responsible for administration and financial communication
- Patrick Bour, General secretary
- Gwenaël Bourban, Director Investments, MRICS, steers acquisitions and development operations
- Maurice Matteodo, Technical Director, coordinates technical and works activities.
Foncière Europe Logistique Gestion relies on the teams of Foncière des Régions for all company support activities (human resources, IT, etc.). Property management activities (rental, administration, technical, etc. management) are delegated to the Foncière des Régions teams.
