Foncière Europe Logistique is a “Société en Commandite par Actions” (partnership limited by shares), formed by the owner shareholders and the associate managing partner, FEL Gestion, a company fully owned by Foncière des Régions.

The Supervisory Board provides permanent management for the company. The members of the board’s terms are approved or rescinded by the ordinary and extraordinary meetings of the shareholders, with the partner shareholders being excluded from voting on the corresponding resolutions.
The term of office of the members of the Supervisory Board is three years at the most (members may be re-elected).
The Supervisory Board has at least three members and fourteen at the most selected exclusively from the shareholders that are neither partners nor manager of the company.
