2009

  • Capital increase of 51 million euros
  • Foncière Europe Logistique signed leases for a surface area of almost 558,000 sq.m of which 381,000 sq.m of renewals and 177,000 sq.m of new leases.
  • Foncière Europe Logistique disposed of 4 properties in 2009 for a total of €35 million: Sénart 7, Vitrolles, Aulnay and Steinhagen.
  • An offer to sell relating to the Postal Sorting Centre in Pantin was signed in 2009 for a total amount of €8.7 million.

2008

  • Disposal of the logistics asset Metz Tremery for €7.1 million
  • Les Quais de L'Atlantique in Dunkirk: delivery of the first 20,000 square meter building (eventually 40,000 sq.m)
  • Delivery of the turnkey dispatch centre at the Corbas Mérieux site (15,000 sq.m) on behalf of Géodis
  • Implementation, under the management of François de la Rochefoucauld, of a specific new organisational structure within Foncière Europe Logistique, based around a logistics centre, activities and the Garonor site
  • Delivery of 30,000 sq.m - on 70 hectares – at the Parc Logistique Trimodal in Bollène.

2007

  • Capital increase of €40million. Cardif Assurance Vie, BNPP insurance branch, enters the capital of FEL.
  • Contribution in kind by Morgan Stanley of €162 million worth of assets
  • Acquisition of the Garonor portfolio for €423 million
  • Contribution in kind by FDR and Sophia GE of assets worth a total of €792 million
  • Adoption of the SIIC (listed property investment company) status
  • FEL changes its legal form to a Société en Commandite par Actions (Partnership limited by shares). Capital increase reserved for Foncière des Régions and other investors.
  • Acquisition of a logistics centre with a surface area of 208,000 sq.m in Bollène, the largest business park in the Vaucluse region
  • Filing of a simplified takeover bid initiated by Foncière des Régions for the shares in Foncière Europe Logistique
  • FDR acquires control of Citel, renamed Foncière Europe Logistique.

2006

  • Autumn: the FEL project is launched
  • Signature of a MoU between FDR and GE Real Estate, via the subsidiary SOPHIA GE to transfer assets worth around €695 million and €100 million respectively to the future entity of the DFR group.
  • Under the terms of the agreement with SNCF, Foncière des Régions becomes the sole owner of an 18-hectare property, called “IPB”, in Pantin, a significant asset in its portfolio.
  • Foncière des Régions steps up its involvement in the logistics sector (Saint-Martin de Crau, Bollène and Dunkirk).
